I started the Valkry Heart Project because we frontline women are a special breed, and we need special support. The name Valkyr Heart was born from the pulse of women who walk into fire—sometimes literally—and who carry the weight of the world with quiet ferocity.

In Norse mythology, Valkyries were fierce, divine warriors. Not only were they skilled in battle, but they also chose who would live and die, who would rise again, and who would return to fight another day. They were guardians of the sacred, not just slayers of darkness. They moved between worlds—the battlefield and the divine—just as many women today move between trauma and tenderness, chaos and calm, shiftwork and motherhood, adrenaline and exhaustion.

Heart—because this work is not just about physical resilience. It’s about soul endurance. It’s about remembering that under the armor, there’s a woman who deserves restoration, not just survival. A woman who gives everything for others, but has forgotten how to give back to herself.
