At Valkry Heart, we know firsthand the sacrifices first responders make—long shifts, sleepless nights, and the invisible weight of service that often goes unrecognized. Our mission is to offer women in Shiftwork a space of recovery, restoration, and reclamation for those who give so much of themselves. That’s why we created the Nominate a First Responder program: a chance for you to shine a light on a woman you know who deserves the gift of rest and renewal. Each retreat, we select one nominated first responder to attend at no cost, so she can experience the healing, connection, and tools they need to continue showing up for their communities—and for themselves.
